Absolutely fantastic, was able to move my neck slightly more after the first session, within a couple of days I was able to finally sleep 5 hours rather than 3/4 without pain - after a week I’m now sleeping 7 hours!

Went to see Piotr on recommendation. First visit I couldnt stand up, walk or sit down, he found the root of the problem quickly to be muscles spasms between vertebrae and he was clear on the processes and potential appointment lay out (2-6 apps) and recovery time. After each session, although a little sore after treatment, I could feel the benefits. Had 4 sessions in 2 weeks to get it almost 100%. With the exercises given and a top up session to come in the next month or so, it should be great again.
Since the last session I have been feeling much better and more flexible, doing the exercises provided daily has helped and I no longer have lingering back pain or any pain in my hips/legs - Piotr and Anne have been amazing and have fixed an issue I thought would never been fixed. If my symptoms ever come back I know I’ll be in safe hands

I had been experiencing severe shoulder and back pain for a long time and, within a few sessions, I noticed vast improvements. Through a mixture of readjustment, massage and specific exercises, I'm now almost back to normality. Piotr is hugely professional and gives great advice as well as his treatment. I highly recommend!
